RiverSouth is a planned residential community in Lexington Park, owned by NA Suburban, LLC, an affiliate of New Age Landholdings. Current planning envisions a townhome community with residential streets, open space, recreational amenities, pedestrian connections, and a garage and driveway for every home. The project remains in the development and planning process, with additional details to be announced as RiverSouth progresses.
Hollywood, Maryland
Located on Lawrence Hayden Road adjacent to the St. Mary’s County Regional Airport, and bordering the Wildewood community, this property represents a long-term development opportunity within the broader AeroPark growth area. Owned by New Age Landholdings, planning to date has explored a range of residential concepts, with current planning oriented toward a multifamily community. The site’s position is notable in connection with long-range infrastructure planning surrounding the airport, including a potential future connection between Airport Road and Lawrence Hayden Road. New Age Landholdings continues to evaluate the property’s highest and best use as infrastructure, market conditions, and planning for the surrounding AeroPark area evolve.
